Madison: "Hot lemon water in the morning! Makes me feel ready for the day, and I think it tastes so good."

If you're not an avid drinker of lemon water, know that this early morning drink before breakfast contains high levels of vitamin C - a powerful antioxidant that protects you from stress and getting sick. Since vitamin C plays a vital role in the production of collagen, you're sure to have healthier, younger, and glowing skin. A glass of hot lemon water contains less than 25 calories.

2. Deandra, 3-Year Veteran

Deandra: "Shea Moisture's African Black Soap!"

Shea Moisture's African Black Soap is Deandra's top choice when it comes to keeping her skin moisturized and blemish-free. According to beauty product reviews, this soap clears up your skin faster than most beauty pimple clearing products. If you have sensitive skin, no worries! One downside we've found about this product is that it's quite hard to find, but you can order one from Amazon.

3. Nancy, 5-Year Veteran

Nancy: "Moisturize! It not only feels great to have smooth, nourished, and moisturized skin, but it gives you a fresh soft look."

Your skin protects your body and it's important to give it all the care it needs to look beautiful. Unknowingly, we engage in poor habits that damage our skin. These habits include lack of sleep, sleeping with makeup on, dehydration, and zero exercise. One of the best practices for healthy skin is keeping it moisturized. This prevents skin aging and other outbreaks. Shea Butter is an all-natural, amazing moisturizer that contains vitamins A and E. These vitamins protect your skin from harmful environmental elements.

Kristin M: "Green tea makeup remover wipes! It removes makeup super easy and leaves my skin feeling fresh and energized!"

Are you using regular makeup remover wipes? If so, you might want to try Kristin's recommendation. Used for centuries, green tea has antioxidant properties that fight acne-causing bacteria and reduce redness from pimples. Green tea wipes can make your skin supple and slow the process of skin aging brought about by pollutants. Even if you're not wearing makeup, keep these green tea wipes in your bag for that fresh-looking face all day.

Ashley W: "My health and beauty secret is to eat in moderation and to keep the skin hydrated!"

Consuming more calories than you burn off leads to weight gain. This puts you at risk for obesity and other lifestyle diseases like diabetes and atherosclerosis. Moreover, failure to keep a balanced diet takes a toll on your self-confidence and emotional well-being. When you eat, don't overdo anything. Savor your meal. Have a variety of nutritious foods. Most of all, drink lots of water!

6. Jackie, 3-Year Veteran

Jackie: "A healthy diet, drinking a lot of water and getting a good night's sleep!"

It comes to no surprise that having a good night's sleep makes you look more attractive. When you sleep, your skin cells regenerate. This means that if you have acne breakouts or allergies, sleeping will heal your skin. You should aim for 7-9 hours of sleep at night. If you can't keep up with these number of hours because of your schedule, at least get some nap during the afternoon.

7. Emily P, 4-Year Veteran

Emily P: "Coconut Oil. It's a natural ingredient that you can use for everything. I not only use it as a healthy alternative for cooking and baking but I also use it as a skin moisturizer, hair conditioner, lip balm and makeup remover."

Emily P. is a huge fan of coconut oil - an organic, versatile product that has excellent properties for your skin. In addition to the ones mentioned by Emily, you can also use coconut oil to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and hydrate the skin around your eyes. Mix coconut oil with coconut sugar for a superb homemade body scrub!

Nina: "Moisturizer and definitely sunscreen!"

It's a good beauty practice to wear sunscreen outdoors. Shielding your skin from harmful UV rays, sunscreen lowers your risk for getting skin cancers, prevents you from getting sunburn and fights premature skin aging. According to skin experts, you should get a sunscreen that has an SPF of at least 30.

9. Ashley S, 4-Year Veteran

Ashley S: "I love using Vaseline as an exfoliate! I massage it into my lips and leave it overnight leaving my lips nice and smooth in the morning!"

A lot of women may find lip exfoliation unnecessary but in reality, you need to do it daily to get rid of dead skin cells. Exfoliating your lips can also lighten and keep them smooth. Vaseline is so effective since it locks in moisture. Plus, it's hypoallergenic. Use Vaseline as a DIY lip scrub by applying some on your lips and rubbing it with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

10. Kimberly, 4-Year Veteran

Kimberly: "Drinking plenty of water, getting a good night sleep, and taking a multivitamin every day."

Very few of us are drinking enough water. In addition, the typical American diet is full of processed foods and fast food that can contain a lot of salt. If you don't drink enough water, your body won’t recover from workouts as quickly and you will not perform as well athletically. Make it a point to drink at least three to five liters of water per day. Yes, LITERS, not glasses! That may sound like a lot, but once you reach that level and maintain it for a few weeks, you will see your energy level soar.
