Auditions are fast approaching for the Denver Broncos pro cheer team. Do you see yourself dancing side by side with your cheer sisters? In this guide, we’re going to show you the details of the upcoming tryouts this 2018, including an overview of your dream team.
Who are the Denver Broncos cheerleaders?
The Denver Broncos cheerleaders are the official cheerleading squad of the Denver Broncos National Football League. This cheer squad is recognized for their distinctive western uniforms. Actively involving themselves in various community activities, the Denver Broncos cheerleaders tour military bases to show appreciation for our military troops, support people with disabilities and participate in important events.

Just this year, two Denver Broncos cheerleaders paid a visit to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science to encourage the learning process of kids who wanted to study subjects like astronomy, paleontology, and other STEAM fields.
In 2017, the team had a total of 26 lovely members. Being a Denver Broncos cheerleader is a fulfilling experience. You perform at home games, hone your dance skills, tour, and most of all, establish great friendships with women who come from different backgrounds but share your passion for professional cheerleading.
What is the schedule for the 2018 tryouts? What are the requirements?
- Auditions date (Preliminaries) – Sunday, March 18
- Time and place – 12 PM at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High
- Prep classes have already started since mid-February

Overview of the preliminaries:
Check-in for the preliminaries will start at 11 AM. The preliminaries will consist of two rounds. In the first round, you will perform a three to four 8 count in a group of three. For round 2, a one-minute routine will be taught. Perform this in a group of three. There will be 50 finalists by the end of the preliminaries.
In order to audition, take note of the following requirements and qualifications:
All Denver Broncos cheerleader candidates need to be at least 21 years old by July 15. As a potential candidate, you increase your chances of making the team by working on your overall fitness, dance technique, flexibility, and stamina. This is why any form of preparation, whether prep classes (optional) or personal training, greatly helps. Show up in tip-top shape as you will be judged like an athlete.
Wear to the preliminaries aerobic or dance attire and comfortable shoes. Please take note that the event is closed to the public.
