Finally, we’re giving you advance details about the NFL Kansas City Chiefs pro cheer/dance auditions. Excited? You should be. Their auditions will take place on March 15 – 17th 2019, at 9:30 AM at the Arrowhead Stadium. If you’re thinking of joining this awesome NFL dance team, you better start preparing now!

Qualifications, Requirements, and What the Judges Look for
The Kansas City Chiefs welcomes applicants who are at least 18 years old or will turn 18 by March 15, 2019 (first day of the auditions). If you plan to audition this year, you should be able to attend all home games in 2019, practices, and other cheer-related events.
The dance team is also requiring candidates to participate in their MANDATORY AUDITION CLINIC (this includes rookie and veteran candidates).

2019 Prep Clinics/Workshops
MANDATORY AUDITION CLINIC
As mentioned previously, the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders will hold a mandatory clinic. This clinic is comprised of two sessions (March 9 -- one in the morning and one in the afternoon). You can only attend one session, and it will cost you $30. The 2019 audition material will be introduced during the clinic.
CHEERLEADER WORKSHOPS AND DANCE WORKSHOPS
On top of the mandatory audition clinic, the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders are also offering two kinds of optional workshops -- the cheerleader workshops and dance workshops. These workshops are a great opportunity to meet new people, get additional dance training, and familiarize oneself with the team's dance style.

The 2018-2019 Kansas City Chiefs cheerleading team had a total of 33 members. They do not only perform at home games, but they also make various appearances. They give out motivational speeches, sign autographs, and help increase attendance to special events.
