2019 NBA Chicago Luvabulls Dance Team Auditions Info

The 2019 auditions are fast approaching for the NBA Chicago Luvabulls Dance Team. Today, we’re giving you details of their upcoming tryouts. If you're planning to join this awesome team, here's a quick overview:
OPEN AUDITIONS will take place on July 13, at the Wolcott Arts and Athletic Center – 1950 W. Hubbard St. Chicago, IL. Registration starts at 9:00 am.
Qualifications, Requirements, and What the Judges Look for
The NBA Chicago Luvabulls are looking for aspiring performers who are at least 18 years of age and possess dance training (Jazz and Hip-Hop dance) with emphasis on choreography. Please be sure to bring your ID on July 13.
You should also reside in the Chicago area and be able to attend team rehearsals, home games, and other team-related activities if you make the team.

Dance Audition Attire
Please wear the following to the Luvabulls 2019-2020 auditions:
- Form-fitting dance or athletic attire
- Dance shoes
- Glamorous hair and make-up
Bring the Following
- Knee pads
- Water and snacks
- Identification
Reminder: Please note that the auditions are closed to the public.
Audition Clinic Series
The Luvabulls Dance Team is offering a series of sessions that will give you an advantage on the big day. There will be a total of 5 clinics, and the first one starts on June 20. Location is at the Wolcott Arts and Athletic Center 1950 W. Hubbard St. Chicago, IL. By joining the audition clinics, you get a chance to skip the open auditions and proceed to the training camp.

The Luvabulls Dance Team officially perform for the NBA Chicago Bulls. While the Luvabulls are professional dancers, being a Luvabull is a part-time position. This means that women on the team hold full-time or part-time jobs. The Luvabulls appear locally and internationally.
