2019 NBA Detroit Pistons Dance Team Auditions Info

The NBA Detroit Pistons Dancers will be holding their 2019 auditions very soon. Today, we’re giving you details of their upcoming tryouts. If you're planning to join this awesome team, here's a quick overview:
Auditions will take place on Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28, at the Pistons Training Center. Registration will be from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM.

Qualifications, Requirements, and What the Judges Look for
Do you think you have what it takes to be a Pistons dancer? This 2019, the dance team is looking for auditionees who at least 18 years old by October 1, 2019. You need to be a US resident as well. If you're talented, energetic, confident, and are a team player, consider auditioning for the team.

Audition Dance Apparel
Be sure to wear the following to the auditions:
- Sports bra
- Spandex shorts
- Tennis shoes or jazz shoes
- Full hair and makeup
Bring the Following to the Auditions
You are required to bring these with you:
- Current headshot
- Resume
- Water
- Snacks
Dancer Prep Classes
Great news!!! To help you prepare better for the auditions, the Pistons Dance Team is offering 6 prep classes which will be held on July 8, July 10, July 15, July 17, July 22, and July 24.
Time is from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and the venue is at the Pistons Training Center - 6 Championship Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
The cost per class is only $20. Should you attend all 6 classes, you will only pay $100.
Attending these prep classes is the perfect opportunity to gain a deeper insight into what it takes to be a Pistons dancer. You will be given feedback and get a chance to ask questions and receive answers.

About the Pistons Dancers
The Detroit Pistons Dancers are one of the entertainment teams for the NBA Detroit Pistons. They perform at home games, make appearances, and are active in the community. The 2018-2019 dance team has a total of 19 lovely and talented members. They are most passionate about dancing, don't easily give up, and are hardworking.
