2019 NBA Golden State Warriors Dance Team Auditions Info

The NBA Golden State Warriors Dance Team will be holding their 2019 auditions very soon. Today, we’re giving you details of their upcoming tryouts. If you're planning to join this awesome team, here's a quick overview:
Preliminary auditions will be held on July 13 at Rakuten Performance Center. Registration will start at 10:00 am and audition begins at 11:00 am. To register right now, click here.

The Golden State Warriors are looking for members who are technically skilled in dancing, are athletic, professional, team players, and have positive energy. Also, all auditionees should be at least 18 years old by October 1, 2019.
If you make the team this year, your commitment to the Warriors dance team will include attendance to all GSW home games, evening rehearsals, and various appearances. These include dance clinics, media interviews, and more.

Audition Attire and What to Bring
You are required to wear the following:
- Two-piece attire
- Non-marking shoes
- Ballroom dance heels for finals
Notes: If you have tattoos, make sure to cover them. Keep your jewelry to a minimum.
Bring the following to the preliminaries:
- Application form
- Headshot
- Snacks and water
- Hair and makeup supplies
Overview of the Auditions
The 2019-2020 Golden State Warriors Dance Auditions consist of several steps. Auditions will start with application submission and end with a training assessment camp for chosen final candidates. Audition Workshop
Yes!! There will be prep classes that are designed to enhance your dance technique and orient you on becoming a GSW dance team member. However, take note that these classes are not mandatory. There is one prep class left to attend as of the moment, and it is scheduled on July 10. Sign up today!!
