Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!
Audition Rounds and Other Details
2020 PRELIMINARY AUDITIONS will take place on Sunday, April 19, at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center – 7001 W. 56th St., Indianapolis, IN 46254. Doors will open at 11:00 am and audition starts at noon time.
You will be taught audition choreography and will perform it for the judges afterwards. Candidates will be narrowed down to 50 finalists.
Please take note that the preliminary auditions are closed to the public.

Qualifications and What the Judges Look for
The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are looking for applicants who are at least 18 years of age by May 1, 2020.
If you make the squad, you need to commit to cheerleading practices every Tuesday and Thursday from May to January.
To prepare for the auditions, you are highly encouraged to attend the master workshop and prep classes.
Audition Attire and What to Bring
Please wear the following to the auditions:
- Athletic Leggings/Capris
- Athletic Tank or Athletic Half Top
- Sneakers or Jazz Shoes

The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders offer a Master Workshop (on March 7) and Prep Classes (starting on Feb 25) to help you prepare better for the auditions! These cover the essentials for succeeding in the auditions - dance technique, fitness classes, sideline choreography, Q&As, and more.

The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders officially cheer for the NFL Indianapolis Colts. Together, they perform on game days, appear at more than 300 events each year, and build a strong connection with the community. The 2019-2020 squad has a total of 26 members.
