2020 NFL New England Patriots Cheerleaders Auditions Info

Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the New England Patriots? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!
Audition Rounds and Other Details
The PRELIMINARY AUDITION ROUND will take place on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Cross Insurance Pavilion & Business Center, Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA. Please note that registration begins at 9:30 am. Since preliminaries will be held on one day only, there are no alternative dates in case you want to make-up for a missed audition. Also, note that this round is closed to the public.

Around 40-50 dancers will be able to proceed to the SEMI-FINAL ROUND. Online interviews will be arranged.
Qualifications and What the Judges Look for
The Patriots Cheerleaders Dance Team is looking for candidates who are at least 18 years old and a high school graduate (or have a GED by the preliminaries). There is no age and height limit to be able to audition.
Do you have dance experience? Are you physically fit? Do you find it comfortable to speak in public? These are some of the qualifications to become a member of the Patriots Cheerleaders.

Audition Attire and What to Bring
Please wear a neat workout attire and sneakers/dance shoes. Have your hair and makeup ready!
Bring the following to the auditions:
- Lunch, snacks, drinks
- $20 registration fee
- Resume
- 1 5x7 photo for identification

Prep Classes
The Patriots Cheerleaders will be holding an OPTIONAL WORKSHOP for DANCE TEAM CANDIDATES on January 25, 2020 to help you prepare better for the auditions! Registration starts at 9:00 am. The workshop ends at 3:00 pm. Location is at Foxborough High School, 120 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
What does this workshop cover? You will be taught dance choreography, fitness session, and a nutritional guidance session. You also get more details about the audition process.
This dance team workshop costs $125.00.
