2021 NFL Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders Auditions Info

Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!
Audition Rounds and Other Details
Here are their 2021 audition dates:
- The preliminary round is on June 21, 2021, Monday. The deadline for the video submission is at 12:00 pm on the same day.
- The semifinal round is on June 27, 2021, Sunday. The event starts at 9:00 am and will be held at the State Farm Stadium at 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305.
- The final audition round will take place from June 29 to July 1, 2021. The event starts at 6:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. The venue is yet to be announced.
- Please note that the time and dates of the audition rounds can change. Stay updated by reading your email daily once you’ve registered online.
Here are their audition round details:
- The online registration deadline is on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, by 12:00 pm.
- There will be a $25.00 registration fee.
- To register, click this link.
- The preliminary round will be done through video submissions.
- The semifinal and final rounds will be held in person.
- Please follow Arizona time (Mountain Standard Time) regarding the schedule of audition rounds and deadlines.
- All audition rounds are closed to the public including friends and family members.

Qualifications and What the Judges Look For
Qualifications and requirements:
- You must be 18-years-old and above by June 18, 2021.
- You must have a G.E.D. or be a high school graduate by June 2021.
- You must be able to attend all the audition process.
- You must be able to attend all squad rehearsals once you make it to the team.
- You must be able to dance at all home games of the Arizona Cardinals.
- Government-issued IDs, a current headshot, and a resume will be required for the registration. Please have them readied for uploading.
Judging Criteria
The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders did not specify any criteria for judging aspirants. However, just like most NFL pro cheer auditions, expect to be judged for your:
- Showmanship
- Accuracy of performing the given choreography
- Technique
- Self-confidence

Audition Attire
You can wear any athletic attire as long as it allows you to move in full range motion. Wear tennis shoes, no-show socks, or no socks for your footwear. For your makeup, apply a stage performance style of cosmetics. Cover your tattoos, wear one pair of earrings, and one ring. Remove other unnecessary jewelry. Come in with a clean and professional appearance.
Prep Classes

Four audition prep classes will be held every Thursday from May 27 to June 17, 2021. All classes start from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. They will be hosted on Zoom with a $10.00 fee each. Click here to register.
These classes are good opportunities for you to learn what qualities and aspects of dancing the Cardinals Cheerleaders management look for in candidates.

The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders perform for their team at all home games in the State Farm stadium. Since 1964, the squad has undergone different name changes from St. Louis Cardinals Cheerleaders to Phoenix Cardinals Cheerleaders, and the current squad name Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders. The squad is well known for its red, white, and black uniform color themes.
