2021 NFL Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders Auditions Info

Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!
Audition Rounds and Other Details
Here are their 2021 audition dates:
- Auditions will be done through video submissions.
- The deadline for the preliminary audition video is on May 9, 2021, at 5 pm local time.
- Those who advance from the preliminaries will get to join the semifinals on June 6, 2021, Sunday at 1 pm - 4 pm
- Finalist interviews will be on June 7 - 10, 2021, Monday to Thursday.
- The final rounds will be on June 13, 2021, Sunday, 1 pm to 4 pm.

Qualifications and What the Judges Look For
Qualifications and requirements:
- You must be 21 years of age and older by June 13, 2021.
- You must complete the online registration first through this link (scroll down the page to see the registration form).
- Other video submission details and requirements will be provided once you have submitted your online registration.
- There is no height or weight requirement. However, you must look healthy and fit.
- You must be able to attend all semifinal and final rehearsals from the month of June if you get selected from the preliminary auditions.

Judging Criteria
- After you have submitted your online registration, a link to the choreography will be sent to your email.
- Your dance skill will be judged based on how well you have memorized the choreography.
- Accuracy of routine execution is paramount to the judges and the squad so it’s best that you practice well once you have received the choreography material.
Audition Attire
The required audition attire will be given along with the video submission requirements. If not, it’s best to prepare a sports bra or dance bra as your top. For your bottom, boy shorts or tights will do. For your shoes, dance shoes, rubber shoes, or sneakers are good selections. Wear light to medium makeup that matches your complexion.

There will be no audition prep classes for the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders. Please do your research by reading more audition prep articles here at PRO CHEER LIFE or attend the prep classes of other NFL pro cheer teams. Watching “Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team” is also a good audition prep resource.

The Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders, also known as TopCats Cheerleaders is the official pro cheerleading team of the NFL Carolina Panthers. They perform at all the Panthers’ home games at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. Pro cheerleaders from the TopCats appear at various community events, visit United States military installations, and at charity gatherings.
There was no 2020 TopCats roster due to the pandemic. However, you can still meet the 2019 cheerleading squad right here!
