The Atlanta Falcons are pleased to announce the auditions for their esteemed cheerleading squad for the 2024 season. They’re inviting talented and passionate individuals to join the iconic team that ignites the energy at Mercedes-Benz Stadium!
Audition Dates and Venue
Prospective candidates are encouraged to save the dates for the auditions, which will unfold on:
- April 8 marks the deadline for submitting preliminary audition videos.
- On April 18, the list of semi-finalists will be announced.
- An optional live virtual Coaches Q&A session is scheduled for April 19.
- April 20 is the deadline for submitting semi-final audition videos.
- Finalists will be revealed on April 27.
Important: Submit your online application by April 7, 2024, and please note that the application fee of $35.00 is non-refundable.

Qualities Sought After and Audition Requirements
The auditions are seeking individuals who exemplify the Atlanta Falcons spirit. According to their auditions page, they’re considering candidates with “appearance, showmanship, dance/cheer ability and a fit shape.”
To participate in the audition process, contestants must adhere to specific requirements:
- Candidates must have reached the age of 18 on or before June 8, 2024. (The age range of last year's team varied from 19 to 37 years.)
- Applicants must have completed high school or obtained a G.E.D. by June 15, 2024.
- Prospective cheerleaders should either hold a part-time or full-time job or be enrolled as a college student.

The audition process promises to be an exhilarating journey, as candidates showcase their dance prowess and ability to captivate audiences. Auditions Attire Guidelines
- Preliminary Round – The attire for this stage should consist of a two-piece leotard (or a sports bra top paired with dance shorts), complemented by skin-tone or matte tights. Males can opt for a T-shirt and athletic shorts.
- Semi-Finals Round – Similar to the preliminary round, candidates should wear a two-piece leotard or a sports bra top with dance shorts, along with skin-tone or matte tights. For males, a T-shirt and athletic shorts are acceptable.
- Finals Round
- Business Interview – Attire for the business interview should adhere to business or professional standards.
- Final Performance – During the final performance, finalists will be provided with team-issued tops, and they are responsible for supplying their own black bottoms. Please refer to example photos when submitting your audition video.
