The Philadelphia Eagles are widely recognized as one of the league’s most historic and forward-thinking franchises. Under Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie, the organization has built a culture rooted in excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. Off the field, the Eagles support autism research and care programs, youth football initiatives, sustainability efforts, and social justice causes.

Home to the Super Bowl LII and Super Bowl LIX champions, Lincoln Financial Field delivers a first-class fan experience and serves as the hub for many key audition events.

The Role: Brand Ambassador and Entertainer

The Eagles Cheerleaders are both professional performers and year-round brand ambassadors. On game days, they are a central part of the fan experience, performing high-level choreography and energizing the crowd. Off the field, their role expands significantly.

Members represent the organization at community appearances, media events, and corporate partner engagements. They instruct youth clinics and fitness classes, contribute content to team social platforms, and actively support the Eagles Autism Foundation, including fundraising for the annual Eagles Autism Challenge.

This is a platform built on impact. The 32-member squad includes individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, many balancing full-time careers or college while fulfilling their cheerleading responsibilities.
