Based on a 2012 study, different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants target specific skin beauty needs. Some vitamins and minerals promote skin glow. Other antioxidants reduce and remove wrinkles leading to younger skin. And there are some food combinations that protect your skin from free radicals while keeping it hydrated and moist. It’s common knowledge that Vitamin C helps in preventing flu and colds. But did you know Ascorbic Acid helps in the production of collagen?
