The Los Angeles Rams Cheerleading & Dance Team is the professional cheer squad of the Los Angeles Rams football team. Glamorous and talented, these cheerleaders perform at home games and spend more than 1,500 hours in serving the community every year. In 2016, the squad had 28 members. The Los Angeles Rams cheerleaders do not only represent their NFL team nationally but also globally.

2017 Tryouts

To be a Rams cheerleader, you should be at least 18 years old by March 11, 2017. You need to fill out an online application (through the link above) and upload your resume. In your resume, please mention your educational and occupational background as well as any experience you may have on dancing, cheering, modeling, community service, and the like.
If you make the squad this year, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Participating at all home games at the Los Angeles Coliseum
- Attending twice a week practices (3 hours every night)
- Making community appearances
Being a Rams cheerleader is a part-time job. Current members have full-time or part-time jobs aside from cheering for the squad. All cheerleaders will be paid a minimum wage and compensated for all hours worked.
The auditions will consist of two rounds, namely:
1. Preliminary Round (March 9, 2017) - All participants will be taught a new choreography and perform for the judges.
2. Final Round (April 2, 2017) - You will be interviewed and receive additional training for this round. This will be held at the held at The Bovard Theatre, USC.
What Will You Wear To The Auditions?
• Crop top (long or short sleeve)
• Trunks (these look like a bikini bottom)
• Pantyhose/tights
• Dance/non-marking tennis shoes
How Can You Prepare For The Tryouts?

The Los Angeles Rams cheerleading squad has created two special workshops to help you ace the 2017 auditions. These workshops will cover tips on hair and makeup, attire, and other important procedures. You will learn a dance/choreography similar to what will be taught during the preliminary round.
