This is also true among aspiring or professional cheerleaders who often do their workouts in gyms or outdoors. Since we're encouraged to stay at home anyway, let's make the best of the time we have by continuing our fitness routines indoors. To get started, here are 13 must-try workout resources.

1. Strong Like Susan

A 30-day workout challenge might just be enough time for the pandemic to be over. With Susan’s Youtube channel, you can find different and challenging core workouts for each day of a month.

2. Fine Tune Pilates

Brittany is a certified Pilates instructor who created Fine Tune Pilates to help people rediscover how their bodies work and to learn new ways on how they can move throughout the day. Her workout classes are gentle and nice. No joint-pounding with some high-intensity programs.

3. PsycheTruth

For pro cheer cheerleaders, flexibility is important especially for performing dance routines. What better way to spend ten quarantine days with a 10-day flexibility program on this YouTube channel?

4. Emily Skye

If you want a variety of fitness tutorial videos for a minute or less then Emily Skye’s YouTube channel is the go-to.

5. XHIT Daily

Rebecca Louise is one of YouTube’s fitness instructors that provides very specific instructions for exercises so you can achieve the perfect workout form. Her detailed videos can be as long as 20 minutes.

Are cardio workouts and dance routines your workout cup of tea? Then Cosmo Body is your choice. With Astrid Swan, a celebrity personal trainer that offers 10-minute quickie workouts, you’d be sure to stay fit during self-quarantine.

An aspiring professional cheerleader’s fitness plan would never be complete without her diet. So here’s Lauren Hefez and her blog site with awesome workouts. There are also tons of healthy food recipes for you to prepare and enjoy!

Want some medium to high-intensity fat-burning workouts? Go to former Olympic-hopeful runner Amanda Russell. Her blog is full of home workouts that could help you stay safely in shape during the pandemic.
