I'm going to share a list of ways that will help improve your attitude towards fitness.
Know that you don't have to do the same thing again and again.
An exercise routine provides structure and ensures consistency. But over time? It gets boring. In fact, it can discourage women who hit a plateau. To fall in love with fitness, mix things up! Research new workouts online. Challenge yourself to do them. For example, if you haven't tried a pool workout yet, now is your chance.
Think of exercise as a way to reward yourself.
The problem with most people is that they look at exercise as a form of punishment for eating unhealthy food. You need to stop this kind of thinking. Exercise is a positive thing. It brings a ton of benefits, from a beautiful physique to improved health.
Get your sleep right.
Sleep is the number 1 thing you should never sacrifice. A lack of sleep causes moodiness. It decreases your motivation to workout. Your body won't have the energy to power through! Worse, it increases your risk of sustaining an injury.

Choose your workout schedule.
Some women feel best when they exercise during the day. For others, evenings are a perfect time. Which is yours? You don't have to be a morning person to get the benefits of exercise. Morning workouts allow for a greater calorie burning throughout the day. Meanwhile, evening workouts are associated with lower stress levels. Do what works for you.
Keep the big picture in mind.
Do you avoid occasional gatherings with your loved ones because you believe they'll ruin your fitness goals? This is the wrong attitude. Fitness should be fun and tailored according to your lifestyle. If it makes you feel imprisoned, you wouldn't want to stick with it. A night of cocktails or that cup of ice cream with a best friend isn't the end of the world. Keep the big picture in mind!
Make it fun and easy.
Get a pair of comfortable workout shoes. Invite a friend or two to jog with you. Wear exercise clothing the night before a morning workout. Fill your pantry with foods you love that also support your workout. Create a playlist of your favorite upbeat songs. Listen to podcasts that motivate you to stay fit. Join an online fitness dance class when you're too tired to go to the gym!
