The Phoenix Suns are searching for dynamic performers to join the 2025 Suns Dancers team—an elite entertainment squad that lights up every home game with electrifying routines and unmatched spirit. The Open Call Auditions for the 2025 Suns Dancers will take place on Saturday, July 26th, at the Gila River Resort and Casino – Acacia Ballroom, located at 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226.
Registration: 9:00–10:00 a.m. (Doors close promptly at 10:00 a.m.)
Requirements for Auditioning
To be eligible to audition, you must:
- Be 18 years or older by August 1st, 2025
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bring a resume and a current 8x10 headshot
- Have solid dance experience in multiple styles (e.g., jazz, hip-hop, pom)
- Wear athletic attire and non-marking dance shoes
- Arrive “Game Day” ready—full makeup, hair styled, and polished presence
- Bring water and snacks (hydration stations will be provided)
- Audition is free of charge
Important Notes
- Suns Dancers perform at all Phoenix Suns home games.
- Rehearsals are held at least twice a week in the evenings.
- The audition process and prep classes are closed to spectators.
- Finalists must attend the training camp and finals from July 28–August 1.
- Selected dancers begin rehearsals the week of August 12th, 2025.
- Detailed camp info will be shared with those selected as finalists.

Class One:
- Thursday, June 26
- PHX Arena, 201 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ 85004
- Registration: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Class Two:
- Thursday, July 24
- Ability 360, 5031 E Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85034
- Registration: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Cost: $20 cash (per class)
Free Parking
Bring water and a towel if needed. No spectators allowed.
These classes are your chance to learn choreography, connect with instructors, and enter auditions with confidence.
Tips for a Successful Audition
Come Prepared – Practice across dance genres and focus on sharpness, musicality, and showmanship.
Dress the Part – Your outfit should be flattering, clean, and performance-ready. Think of how you’d present yourself in front of a crowd.
Stay Hydrated and Energized – Bring your own water and snacks, and rest well the night before.
Bring Confidence and Energy – Judges want to see passion and personality. Smile, perform full-out, and stay positive throughout the day.
Be Open to Feedback – Stay coachable and receptive during the audition. It shows professionalism and growth potential.
