Negative energy limit’s the body’s willpower to act. As an aspiring or current pro cheerleader, being a pessimist or living in an environment with negative people severely hinders your efforts in reaching your goals.

Yet, being optimistic 100% of the time is hard. You need to have people by your side who will support and encourage you. In this article, I’m going to share 10 inspiring quotes, what they mean, and how you can apply them to your life.

1. “If you walked away from a toxic, negative, abusive, one-sided, dead-end low vibrational relationship or friendship - you won.” - Lalah Delia

Not fighting back or staying in a toxic relationship means that you never went down to the level of these negative people. You won by being happy without hurting others and that is one of the greatest victories in life.

The more you think negatively, the more intense these thoughts become and the stronger they latch onto your head. Contemplate your mistakes but treat them as important life lessons afterward.

Instead of looking for ways to improve as an aspiring or current cheerleader, you focus your time and effort on bringing yourself down even more. Think positively even in times of trouble until you foster a positive mind.

Staying in the company of toxic and cynical people eventually makes you a toxic and cynical person as well. Look for ways to leave and muster the courage to get out.
