3. Drink more water - Water aids in circulating nutrients throughout your body, flushing out toxins, and keeping your skin clear and supple. Carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Increase your water intake on warm days and after your workouts.

4. Practice good sleeping habits that benefit your skin - Get at least 7 hours of sleep at night. Moisturize before going to bed to smoothen out wrinkles. Make sure to change your pillowcases often to prevent acne. Go to bed with a make-up free and clean face.

5. Apply sunscreen before going out - 15 minutes before you head out the door, apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 for sufficient protection from the sun. Choose a product that’s dermatologist-recommended.
