Working out has never been this easy.

A great physique is a must in professional cheerleading. Gym memberships can sometimes be costly and way out of budget if you’re just starting. 

Aspiring pro cheerleaders come from all walks of life. Some of you may be students, moms, and women with careers outside their cheerleading dreams. I know not everyone has the time or budget to hit the gym and get professional coaches.

But don’t let that stop you from achieving your dreams.

YouTube has a lot of videos that you can follow, but there are also a handful of free workout resources online from real fitness coaches and trainers that can help you achieve the body you desire in preparation for pro cheerleading auditions.

Today, I have rounded up a list of 10 free workout resources that you can find online to help you achieve your fitness goals:

1. Blogilates

Blogilates was created by Cassey Ho, an award-winning fitness instructor based in LA. Her YouTube channel is #1 when it comes to female fitness and has over 500 million video views and 4 million subscribers. Her choreography brought the fun back into working out by fusing pop music and Pilates.

2. Make Your Body Work

Dave Smith is a certified Personal Trainer and Life Coach and was chosen as Canada’s Top Fitness Professional. His workout videos equipment-free so you can pretty much do it wherever you are. The workouts have difficulty levels that provide moves that are beginner-friendly and challenging for more seasoned ones.

3. Do Yoga With Me

Yoga’s a great way to increase your flexibility through poses that stretch your muscles. Flexibility is very important among professional cheerleaders. DoYogaWithMe Founder David Procyshyn considers yoga to be one of the key transformative forces in his life. They have a great lineup of instructors and have videos for almost every part of the body. Go ahead and stretch those muscles! 

4. Fitness Blender

The husband and wife tandem of personal trainers, Kelli and Daniel made Fitness Blender come alive with a belief that fitness should be attainable, affordable and approachable. That’s why they’re offering hundreds of free workout videos. They also have meal plans and helpful nutrition and fitness information.

5. Natalie Jill Fitness

Natalie kills FAT for a living, the one in your body and what she calls “Falsely Assumed Truths”. Her YouTube Channel has over 285,000 subscribers. Her fitness blog has different types of workouts with minimal equipment and healthy recipes and nutrition tips. 

6. Pro Cheer Life's POM FIT™ Intro Class

POM FIT™ was created by former NFL cheerleader, Flavia Berys over two decades ago who believes fitness can be fun and sexy. The unique quality of her high-energy cardio workout is that it’s cheer-inspired. Yes, you can pom-pom and dance your way to fitness. This is perfect for aspiring pro cheerleaders.

7. eFit30

Can’t go to the gym? eFit30 has a wide-range of full-length workout classes that you can choose from including Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Dance, Cardio, Stretching and Outdoor Training.

8. LiveStrong

If you’re a busy person juggling life and pro cheerleading dreams, the quick exercises in the LiveStrong YouTube Channel are the ones for you. It has a range of workouts that can help improve your strength and flexibility. 

9. Strong Like Susan

Want to sport great abs in the next pro cheer auditions? Are you ok with something more intense than usual? Susan has a 30-day Ab Challenge that is quick, challenging yet effective.

 10. HASFit

HASFit got its name because Coach Joshua Kozak believes every Heart and Soul deserves to be fit. And you do! The channel has over 1000 free workout routines for all goals and fitness levels. and aims to motivate you to stay fit.
