Drink two glasses of water.

Rehydrate your body first thing in the morning with two glasses of water. This is an all-natural way to achieve a radiant glow. Not to mention, water cleanses your body of toxins. You’ll need more glasses after your workout. Ditch the coffee and instead, start your day with a skin-loving glass of water!

Wash your face.

Washing your face with a gentle skin cleanser is an age-old advice but not everyone does it. Some women admit to skipping this ritual. Remember that while you sleep at night, your skin continues to produce oil. Protect your skin from breakouts with this simple “wash your face in the morning” habit.

Give yourself a five-minute facial massage.
