Get moving!

Because cellulite is fat, regular exercise helps reduce it. Losing that excess body fat will effectively minimize cellulite appearance. Aside from weight loss, you need to improve muscle definition. That means incorporating weight training into your regimen. Lift weights and engage in bodyweight exercises.

Dry brushing

Dry brushing is exactly what it sounds like. It involves brushing your skin with a soft-bristled brush. The motion that brushing stimulates your lymphatic system, helping remove waste and the appearance of cellulite. However, do skip dry brushing if you have sensitive skin. It may irritate sensitive skin and cause dryness.

Add the right foods to your diet

Last but definitely not least is your diet. Foods that are known to bust cellulite are those that boost circulation, contain essential fatty acids, and are loaded with vitamins and minerals. Great options include avocados, berries, asparagus, salmon, sunflower seeds, and olive oil.
