2022 NFL Denver Broncos Cheerleaders Auditions Info

Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!

Audition Rounds and Other Details

There are two ways to audition for the DBC squad. You can choose to audition in person or attend the virtual tryouts.
Both audition processes will happen simultaneously on March 26, 2022 (Saturday).
The in-person audition will be held at the Empower Field at Mile High Stadium with a 9 am to 9:30 am check-in time and begins at 10 am.
For the virtual tryouts, you will receive an email containing the audition materials at 9 am with a 10:30 am deadline for your video submission.
Full details regarding the in-person and virtual auditions will be given via email after the online registration.
The deadline for the registrations is on March 21, 2022, at 12:00 noon. Late registrations will not be accepted so better register as soon as possible.

Audition finalists will be announced on March 27, 2022 (Sunday).
Finalists will receive a job description and Finals Weekend information.
Finalists are required to attend Finals Weekend in Denver on the dates of April 8, 9, 10, 2022 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Business interviews will be held on April 8, 2022.
Workshops will be held on April 9, 2022.
The final audition round will be held on April 10, 2022.
The 2022 Denver Broncos Cheerleading squad will be announced in person after the final audition round.

Qualifications and What the Judges Look for

Qualifications and Requirements:

Age: at least 21 years old by May 1, 2022.
You must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Judging Criteria

There are no judging criteria given by the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders management on their official website. However, you can expect to receive what the judges are looking for after you’ve qualified for the auditions via email.

Audition Attire

The DBC management didn’t announce any details regarding the kind of attire to should wear for the auditions. Prep Classes

Audition preparation classes for DBC aspirants are available for purchase. The classes will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays from February 15, 2022, to March 24, 2022. Depending on your preference or availability, you can choose to attend the classes via Zoom, in-person at the Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, or both.

The prep classes are currently sold out as series at the price of $300. However, you can still purchase the classes individually on-sale dates. The Denver Broncos Cheerleaders is one of the NFL’s all-women pro cheerleading squads. Every spring, only 26 women make it to the final roster. Since their founding in 1971, the group has undergone various name changes such as the Bronkettes, Bronco Belles, and Pony Express. In 1985, the group disbanded but was brought back in 1997 with the name we know so well today. Personal accomplishments and community involvement are highly valued among DBC auditionees. The more you have, the better your chances are making the squad.
