2022 NFL Las Vegas Raiders Cheerleaders Auditions Info

Auditions are fast approaching! I'm sure you're excited to become part of an NFL pro cheerleading/dance team. Is it the Las Vegas Raiders Cheerleaders? Because they've already released this year's audition details. Here's what you need to know about the auditions and getting yourself prepared!
Audition Rounds and Other Details
Here are their 2022 audition dates:
- The preliminary audition round is an in-person event that will be held at the Raiders Headquarters and Intermountain Healthcare Performance Center on April 16, 2022 (Saturday), with a 9:00 am starting time. However, you need to arrive before 8:00 am in order to register.
- For the semifinal round, the date for it is to be announced. It may be held along the finals which will be a weeklong process starting on April 19, 2022 (Tuesday) with an April 23, 2022 (Saturday), conclusion date. These dates are subject to change at the discretion of the NFL Las Vegas Raiders organization.
Other Details:
- Semifinalists will be announced at the end of the preliminary round.
- You must pre-register first at the bottom of this page before April 8, 2022 (Friday), 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time so you can participate in the audition process.

Qualifications and What the Judges Look For
Qualifications and requirements:
- To qualify for the auditions, you must be 21 years of age or older on the date of the preliminary round.
- You must be able to attend all rehearsals, appearances, game day performances, and other Raiderette-related events of the regular 2022 NFL season.
- If you get selected as a 2022 Raiderette, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as it is an employment condition. However, if you need to be exempted from vaccination due to legal and medical reasons, you can discuss your condition with Human Resources.
Judging Criteria
- Professional levels of dance ability.
- Poise and pleasant personality.
- Talent in dancing.

Audition Attire
Wear any outfit for the preliminaries as long as they are comfortable while reflecting dance, athletic, and workout functions. You can also have your own custom audition outfit made by The Line-Up.
Prep Classes

Audition prep classes are available in virtual or in-person for aspiring candidates of the 2022 Las Vegas Raiderettes squad. Each session costs $25. If you’re still under 18 years old and want to attend, you need to secure a parent or guardian’s signature. Know what the classes will discuss and register here.

Also known as the Raiderettes, the Las Vegas Raiders Cheerleaders perform for all the home games of their NFL team in the Allegiant Stadium at Paradise, Nevada. They are the longest-running pro cheer squad without name changes and hiatuses since their founding in 1961, despite multiple home city transfers of their NFL team. It is most likely that the Las Vegas Raiders Cheerleaders management will only choose 30 women in the auditions to represent their 2022 NFL team.
