Ask the Right Questions to Achieve Your Pro Cheer Goals
Today’s blog post is about reaching your pro cheer goals. I want to share a powerful hack that only a very few people use to reach whatever goal they have. This hack is ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.
Little do we realize that the right inquiry provides guidance. For example, when you’re feeling doubtful about your fitness progress, asking a positive question such as, “How can I improve my practice?” will motivate you to try new strategies instead of setting for mediocrity.
I like Albert Einstein’s famous quote and I believe this should inspire you: “If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask… for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.”
From now on, question your way to success. Let’s look at 20 questions to fuel your pro cheer preparation:
1. What are the 3 best things about becoming a professional cheerleader?
2. How can I make today the best day for pro cheer prep?
3. What are my top five strengths as a pro cheer candidate?
4. What free or paid resources can use to improve my body and performance for the auditions?
5. What is my definition of success? How can I cultivate success starting now?
6. How can I sit with negative feelings?
7. What are better ways to react to temporary failure?
8. What am I most grateful about this opportunity to join a pro cheer audition?
9. How can I simplify my pro cheer practice to reach my goals faster?
10. How can I make time for working out no matter how busy I am?
11. What are simple ways to make my workouts more enjoyable?
12. How can I make better food choices even when dining out with friends and family or when I’m at a party?
13. What lessons can I learn from procrastination?
14. How can I nurture my body better?
15. How can I handle criticism like a pro no matter where it came from?
16. How can I bring positive energy into today’s pro cheer prep?
17. How can I not allow others to drain my energy?
18. What positive story will I tell myself today?
19. If I had one week left before the auditions, what would I do each day?
20. How can I do better next time?
Avoid asking yourself questions that lead to negativity. The right questions will improve your attitude and your preparation experience overall. I hope you start today and notice the difference. If you had a list of constructive questions, what would that list look like?
