Essentials oils are extracts that come from seeds, leaves, and flowers. Depending on the plant they come from, they help improve various skin conditions. Included are dryness, oiliness, sensitivity, acne, rashes, pigmentation, and aging. 

Good skin reflects good health. And while you’re nourishing it with the right diet, it’s also important to pamper it with the right essential oils.
