But not everyone has enough time to prepare breakfast and not all breakfasts are tasty. We’re about to debunk that issue with the easiest to prepare morning food - toast. Toast is a versatile type of food. Aside from the fact that it’s very easy to prepare, you can top it with different ingredients for a tasty breakfast. Here are 9 ideas for delicious toast recipes to keep you energetic and fit throughout your day. 

1. Strawberry, Avocado, and White Cheddar Toast

The taste of fruit salad and toast in one serving. It might seem like an odd combination for one’s palate but trust us, it works perfectly well for your mouth and nutrition!

2. Kumquat Honeycomb Tartines

What better way to wake up with an energy boost while having a sweet and sour treat? Simply toast your whole-wheat bread, spread some Fromage blanc, and top it with sliced Kumquat. Lastly, glaze it with honey for a wholesome breakfast.
